Founded in 1999 by Tali Zror and Vered Carmel, Shine is a great example of what can be accomplished with creative talent, team collaboration and a positive approach to life. "Technology has pretty much, taken over our lives, so we mustn't forget all the people involved; the client, the target audiences and the creative group itself."
